POSTAGE - All Donna Sullivan Cosmetics will be posted regular post through Australia Post. Cost of postage throughout is $5.50 Cost of international postage $8.00 Donna Sullivan Cosmetics will not issue credit on price difference, due to price fluctuations.RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please select carefully at the time when you place your order. Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. A restocking fee of15% (or $15, whichever is greater) of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.
Goods returned to Donna Sullivan Cosmetics must be in their original condition and packaging.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Donna Sullivan Cosmetics does not issue refunds for change of mind and/or lack of expertise for use of purchased product.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items must be reported to Donna Sullivan within 24 hours of your receiving the delivery, this can only be done via email or fax.
Any item(s)received that are not what was ordered must not be removed from the sealedpackage in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrectly mailed item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised there after.
Donna Sullivan owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
